That you cannot make someone love you the way you deserve to be loved.
You can be the perfect partner. You can give your all. You can be patient, understanding, forgiving. You can communicate your needs clearly. You can show up every single time. And still, the other person may not meet you where you are. Not because you are not enough. But because they are not capable of giving what you need.
I learned this the hard way. I spent years trying to convince someone to see my worth. I thought if I just loved them harder, sacrificed more, shrank myself enough, they would finally realize what they had. I thought their inability to show up was a reflection of my inadequacy. I thought if I could just be better, they would finally choose me.
But that is not how love works. You cannot teach someone how to value you. You cannot force someone to be emotionally available. You cannot love someone into being who you need them to be. Love is not a transaction. It is not a reward for good behavior. It is not something you earn by being perfect. It is either given freely, or it is not given at all.

notes from eileen gu:
• you can do anything you put your mind to
• be impossible to categorize. most people spend their lives trying to fit into one box. you must break that box.
• one exceptional skill can become the distribution channel for five others
• don’t spend your whole life competing in someone else’s game. build a career so unique there isn’t really anyone to compare you to.
• your multitudes are your unfair advantage
• ambition can be feminine
• play long games
• be remembered for expanding what’s possible
what an icon truly
Underrated life advice: At some point, you just have to say to yourself, "I'm better than this," and decide that you've had enough of waiting and start building the life you want.
At some point, you have to stop letting your depression win. You have to stop sitting in the same room, replaying the same thoughts, waiting for something to change. Nobody’s coming to save you, it’s on you to save yourself. Get up. Take a shower. Go for a walk. Work on that dream you’ve been putting off. It doesn’t have to be perfect, just start! You owe it to yourself to fight for a better version of you, even on the days when you don’t feel like it. Healing doesn’t happen overnight, but every time you get up instead of giving u that’s progress.
🚨📲 𝗡𝗘𝗪: Videos from the past featuring Lamine Yamal’s current girlfriend, Inés García, are going viral on social media right now:
• In one clip, recorded while Lamine was dating Nicki Nicole, she says: "If he weren’t a millionaire or a footballer, Nicki Nicole wouldn’t even have looked at him twice."
• She was also asked: “Lamine Yamal or Bellingham?"... She replied: "Bellingham."
Major cheat code for life: Realizing no matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you're still ahead of everyone who isn't trying. Better to look foolish while trying than wonder for the rest of your life what might have happened if you had.
Adopting a "do it right now" mentality has done wonders for my organization & discipline. Something on the floor? Grab it right now. Thinking about cooking later?Cook right now. Laundry finished? Put them up right now. Home from a trip?Unpack right then. It's the small things.
I have a theory: if you put in 80%, you get 80% back. But if you put in 100%, you get 1,000% back. The last 20% is where the magic happens. Because almost nobody is mad enough to go all in. Only a perfect storm of delusion, obsession and a pinch of childhood trauma makes that extra 20% possible. It's the part where you keep going long after logic says retreat. Where your biggest weakness becomes your biggest strength: an inability to stop. Because at a certain point, success isn't about talent or luck. It's about who's willing to suffer for the longest. Pain is the filter. Few pass it.
A topper who thinks every problem can be solved by studying harder is exactly why common sense isn’t part of the NEET syllabus.
The people protesting aren’t trying to improve their scores, they’re trying to improve the system that decides them. The irony is that the freedom to say, “Why Go To Protest When I Could Study,” exists only because people before you chose to protest instead of staying silent.
