Importing scenery from Google Earth for selling purpose will not be accepted as Google stated it can be used for research, education, film and nonprofit use only, apply to all images owned by Google Earth.

Here’s some explanation about “selling” unauthorised import and “using” import, selling unauthorised import is selling the assets without getting approved by the asset owner. Using import is people use it for personal use, not for profit, for more 👇

However, for personal use, you have to request permission from the asset owner before importing into Roblox unless it is a opensourced assets.
