I didn’t find Bitget because I was already a trader. I found it because I was humiliated.

► My story with Bitget

I went to camp, my charging port spoilt, and my had phone died, I had no cash to get home.

A friend introduced me to someone who needed crypto and was willing to give me cash for it. He trusted me first. I promised to send the funds once my phone came back on.

But the moment I opened my old app, everything went wrong. The transfer got stuck. It kept demanding gas fees I didn’t have.

Nothing went through.

Hours passed. He thought I was trying to scam him. He started shouting. I was standing there nervous, trying to explain that I actually had the money, but the app was failing me.

It was humiliating.

A vendor helped me finish the transfer after another 30 minutes.

I apologized. Instead of staying angry, the guy looked at my phone and said,

“Drop that app and switch to @bitget. You won’t deal with all these gas and network headaches.”

That same night I downloaded Bitget. I just wanted a wallet that would work when I needed it.

Opening it felt like relief. The layout was clean. Transfers were straightforward. I didn’t have to scramble for extra tokens just to move my own money.

Why? Because that is how I found Bitget.

Then why this if the Bitget Wallet Crypto to bank transfer feature exits?

Because there are times where we would need in person deal like what I experienced when I am unavailable to get access to my Crypto to wallet feature
