@dmuthuk Exactly, poster/banner/cattle menace are really frustrating in Chennai while other southern mega cities don’t have any such things. Any govt in TN is not opening up on strict regulations fearing the voteloss. Most of the Chenai has posters, muddy roads, cattles, street dogs etc
