@IndiaPostOffice This is disgusting. parcel didn't deliver till today. india post is not able to deliver parcels in 10 days from speed post.

I had sent a parcel from prayagraj to gurgaon on 10/01/2025 through speed post. first thing is that parcel didn't reach gurgaon till today. second thing is india post charged more that any other delivery service providers and after that their service

delivery is the same. then why is the speed post too much costly? In the generation of same day delivery, india post is taking 10 to 15 days for delivery through speed post.

isn't satisfactory. Third thing is that an employee of india post who booked my parcel told me that it will be delivered in 4-5 days through speed post and 10-15 days through normal post. I paid 3X more than normal delivery charges for the speed post but the time duration of
