@D1Smurphy @yosp If you're a Deck user you're probably better off buying a a Dock and Steam Controller and just using it. Its an identical Operating System and seems like the hardware specs aren't all too different either.

@JasozzGames Although its entirely optional for developers, Steam was originally designed as DRM and I think its worth noting that because all of Valve's games use it as DRM and the Call of Duty games won't even let you boot them if you aren't logged in and online on Steam.

@WksMeka EGL also hosts Fab and Unreal so it wouldnt die, it just wouldnt be used by players. Developers would still be using it.

@hopeslicergd The way I treat games in both tiny and large teams is more or less the same. Split it into 2 parts, 1 part is just a list of tasks to complete, the other is playtesting and looking at it through players eyes. Trying to do both at the same time is a disaster.
