@British_Airways Liz. All I have been given is password reset emails which never works. Issue is this is an older account which I do not remember the password for and now cannot access due to the reset function not working
@British_Airways I have attempted to contact the help desk on several occasions now to unlock my account to gain access to points and companion voucher, so far unsuccessfully. Can you please give some assistance so I can gain access to my account again.
