Abysmal customer service from @SportsDirectUK. My orders parcel arrived with two missing items and no support has been given to rectify this. Avoid shopping with Sports Direct online as issues will not be resolved.
Under the Consumer Rights Act, retailers have a responsibility to ensure the safe delivery of goods. In my case @SportsDirectUK have failed to meet this.

@NinaLJolly Schools dont just abduct your children & take them on school trips. You signed & agreed to the trip, and such take on the risks.
Children deserve opportunities such as residentials which are invaluable for their development - especially given the lockdowns!
Stop blaming schools.
