First day skiing…… it’s been a good but tiring day!

After a successful ski fit session this morning we’ve ventured up onto the mountain for some shopping, saving our energy for skiing tomorrow.
Also, we’re famous @bbcsomerset mention our epic journey!

Finally, after 37 hours of travelling, we are very close to our resort. Current eta is between 8-8.30am local time (we’re 1hr ahead).

Finally set sail! Things are looking up…

After a very long day and night we are now booked onto the 7.15pm ferry to Dunkirk. We then have about a 10 hour drive to our resort in Switzerland. The students have all been amazing after a long and frustrating day. We can’t wait to get there!

Congratulations to the year 11 netball team who came third in the area netball tournament at Westfield yesterday. They played some great netball and were unfortunate not to come out on top. Well done to all those who played!

Yr7 netballers also won last night, a great game seeing them win 11-9 against Sexeys! Well done to all involved

Goals galore in Y8 football tonight against King Arthur’s, winning 6-3. Goals coming from Mack, Noah and Oscar. A special mention at the other end to Brad who had a brilliant game between the sticks! Y7 were unlucky yesterday, conceding with the last kick to lose 2-1

The Year 10s cap off a busy week with a 2-0 win against a very talented Huish Episcopi side! Luke and Morgan grabbing the winning goals. Year 10 netballers were also victorious in their game this week! Well done to all!
