@MyntraSupport I need an immediate update and resolution on the issue and i want my credit back by today EOD. If not, i will be rorced to take further action against @myntra , legal of required. This is not a case of 1000 rupees, it is harrasment and violation of your own policies.
@MyntraSupport The fun fact is they redolved the escalated issue and opened a normal one. On the very next day (10th sep), they resolved that one too with same comments. Ia this any kind of joke happening now?
This is shear harrasment and i am done with with.
@MyntraSupport I think i have kept enough patience for the nuisance. On 9th sep, i got an call from supervisor, escalation deck. I was told to wait till 12th sep, although it was an escalated issue. Still i agreed, but till now there is no update from anyone.
@MyntraSupport Could you please provide some update!! No one tried to contact or provided update in the ticket.
How much time it takes to look into an escalated issue,now i doubt about your IT services. This is not customer support, it is customer harrasment instead
