I booked my flight to India for April 28. I cancelled my flight on the website. There was no confirmation on my email regarding the cancellation or refund status of my air ticket.

I tried contacting the support team where even after calling multiple times none of them were helpful in providing the status of the same. I am a student studying in canada and I spent $1898 on this ticket for me as a student is a huge amount for my survival.

I am writing this tweet because my usa B1/B2 visa got approved last month on 8th march ottawa but I haven’t received my passport since then. I have to go back home to India on this Saturday 27th March. So I would request to expedite the process.

@USAmbCanada @usembassyottawa I also cannot afford to change/reschedule flight as I am a student here in Canada. Also the normal processing time is 1-2 weeks after visa approval but its been more than a month in my case to process my passport.
