@urbancompany_UC I purchased a RO Native Kit from Urban Company approximately one year ago. Shortly before the 1-year warranty expired, the unit developed an issue. Your technician visited, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the RO filter under warranty.
The warranty may have technically lapsed, but the defect originated from a repair performed during the warranty period. I trust Urban Company will prioritise customer safety over technicalities and resolve this responsibly.
Acknowledgement that this situation poses a genuine health risk, regardless of warranty status.
A proper resolution โ replacement of the faulty filter and a service check at no cost, given that the root cause traces directly back to your technician's last visit.
@help_delhivery My parcel reached Bangalore on 11th June. There has been radio silence since then. Even after reaching out to delhivery team , there has been no action on ground. Very bad experience by delhivery. Looks like my parcel has been stolen by delhivery team. AWB:2827746286014

@delhivery@help_delhivery I had got some mangoes shipped from my hometown via Delhivery. The estimated delivery date was 17th of June. However there has been no update on shipment after 12th June. The multiple tickets raised have got no response.1/2
