अगर क्षणभर के लिए उनकी बात मान भी ली जाए…

तो देशभर मे Logistics के दामों में हुई कमी…

और Logistics पहुँचने में लगने वाले समय में हुई कमी को कैसे Justify करोगे…??

आलोचनाएँ करो तो तथ्यात्मक करो… ताकि सामने वाला भी तुम्हें गंभीरता से ले…

• Saurav lives in GK1?
• His neighbour is Munjal of Hero motorcycle?
• The plot is 1000 sq yard (9000 sqft) property?
• The plot has a generous front garden?
• Ground floor rent for a property like that is 9-10 lacs a month?
• but the contractual amount in the agreement is just 11% of market value?
• what role did Saurabh Bhardwaj - As the MLA for GK play in securing this highly favourable rent - well below market value?
• If not why does Saurabh Bharadwaj claim to have a copy of the rent agreement/ or possess the agency to disclose said agreement?
• why does Saurav’s income not match the rent?
• what is Saurav’s income?
• Saurav & Ratna on his behalf denied living in such a property prior to being exposed?
• his (absent) biological father is a Nepali?
• did said biological father abandoned him?
• his mother is a spa therapist - so led a hand to mouth subsistence family income - & no notable family money to supplement the average GK1 rent ?
• the guard said he vacated the property just recently ?
• But you claim he still lives there?
• that 99 acres shows a rent of 5 lacs for old build and 7 lacs for a semi new build - but both on the upper floors without a garden?

Pakistan's Mediation Mockery On US-Iran-Israel War

Arnab tears into it as Pakistan has once again made a complete fool of itself on the global stage when Shehbaz Sharif grandly offered to mediate between Iran, Israel and America, tagged Donald Trump, proudly declared that Pakistan is ready and honoured to host conclusive talks, sending Islamabad into total frenzy while Pakistani media hyped it as a diplomatic masterstroke and even some in India’s opposition took it seriously, but Iran slammed the door shut, rejected any talks outright, called it fake news and its envoy bluntly told Pakistan to shut up with no confirmation from Trump or anyone.

Pakistan can’t even make peace with Afghanistan or control its own borders yet dreams of sitting at the big table. This is pure narrative management tweeting desperately for photo-ops with zero leverage. Pakistan is no mediator, not even a host, just playing catch-up.

हमारे यहाँ के आरक्षण की अमेरिका से तुलना की जाती हैं। वहाँ काले लोगों ने कभी यह नहीं कहा कि वे हीन हैं, कमज़ोर हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि हमें बराबरी का अवसर दीजिए, हमें उन्हीं स्कूलों में पढ़ाइए जिनमें गोरों को पढ़ाया जाता है। हम गोरों से प्रतियोगिता करेंगे और उनसे आगे निकलकर दिखाएँगे।
भारत में इस बात की होड़ मची है कि जो समर्थ हैं, संपन्न हैं, दबंग हैं, उन्हें भी हीन मान लिया जाए। वे यही सोचकर खुश है कि बिना कठिन प्रतियोगिता के उन्हें नौकरियाँ मिल रही हैं। एक ख़ानदान में तीन पीढ़ियों से सब IAS बन रहे हैं, लेकिन फिर भी उसे दलितों मे ही गिना जाये। 😠
