@airindia The plane was in horrible condition. Cracks everywhere, upholstery was battered, USB ports not working, remote controls for entertainment system broken, screens not working. Being a national career for India, it's a shame that such planes are being used for internatianal routes.

@airindia Despite choosing Air India because it offered VVML (Vegan in flight meal) from YVR to DEL, now at the time of check in it's been automatically updated to Vegetarian meal and no option to select VVML. I'm now forced to choose a Jain meal. So disappointed!

@airindia Update: Spoke to AI's customer service team twice and was told to order Jain meal as it wouldn't have any animal products. Onboard the meal had paneer. Had to stay hungry for 7 hours, until the attendent decided to step up and somehow arrange vegan meal for the second service.

@airindia Your crew members onboard don't have a gourmet chef kitchen to whip up special meals at their convenience. This is a classic example of passing along the onus. Horrible customer service!

@Netflix_CA I wonder if this decision would be the beginning of an end for Netflix. Paying over $40/month for above average content (Not to forget we don't get stuff that US gets) is outrageous! You should have focused on acquiring more customers and not on losing your existing ones! 🤦🤷🙅
