I have purchased a brand new Kent Water Filter and from day one it has been creating trouble. Parts have been replaced 4 times and the machine has been serviced 6 times over a period of 9 months. I have repeatedly raised complaints with the customer care and the zonal manager!

@PorteaMedical I am sure there is a difference between selling loans and providing health care services! I made the mistake of making one enquiry and am inundated with calls for requirements inspite of informing multiple times and I ‘will’ get back if I need further help.

@ICICIBank_Care your card redemption site promises to deliver vouchers against points in 30 minutes and after waiting for an hour the site is still showing work in progress! The customer care is unable to help. Why promise if you can’t deliver!

Dear @AmitShah Ji, my daughter was travelling from Ahmd to NYC for higher studies at a premier institute in US today. The immigration officer at the Ahmd airport not just misbehaved but threatened her. She is admitted to @DukeU Though she had valid USA students visa, he asked for Indian degree certificate & then alleged that these are fake degrees. She had studied at premier institute (Narsee Monjee, Mumbai) He tried to coerced her to confess that her degrees are fake. Threatened her that she will not allowed to travel & legal action will be taken against her. He harassed for almost 12-15 minutes. Unnecessary questions like why you studied in Mumbai not Gujarat. How did you manage to get admission when you belong to small place like Bhavnagar? Lastly passed lewd remarks laughing at her & joking with another immigration officer. She was literally scared& crying. Sir is this what immigration officers are meant to do with a girl student ? I humbly request to take strict action against this officer . CCTV surveillance at airport will help to identify him @PMOIndia @narendramodi @DrSJaishankar @dpradhanbjp @mansukhmandviya @AmitShahOffice

Nearly every interview I’ve done w/moms this week has kids popping in to say hi, moms still in gym clothes and sweaty, calls from cars or closets (me too!), or a pause to make a snack.
