After to many attempts and request to Flipkart my product is not returned or replaced. The product is damaged, I shared all the details in previous post.
Four times the return is rejected and they didn't provide any satisfactory explanation to the customer why it is cancelled.

They told me that in the return it's showing only accessories damage but main product is damaged.

Please Flipkart work on it and solve it .

I am from Middle class family 28k is huge amount for us
And product amount is also increased

Hamne product ko order Kiya 28 september ko 9 October ko deliverd hua 11 October ko open Kiya Flipkart ke installer ne to product damaged tha
11 October ko return request di thi par abhi tak nahi hua
