@EurekaForbes Do you only budget marketing spend and not service spend? I think it’s evident to me based on my experience over the last 2 yrs. Been yr customer for over 30 yrs and service deteriorates every year. Bought AMC only to be diverted and mislead by executives.
Nobody has bothered to respond to my service ticket for over a month. Booked another one today for an additional address - no confirmation SMS, no notification. Customers are left blind sighted after purchasing your products.
Following basic ethics and business principles, at least a validation is surely in place. Unless you choose to treat your customers otherwise and prioritise marketing spend to acquire newer “bakras”. Would appreciate some action here.

If you do not have sight of your stock, it’s either your inability to purchase inventory or you just don’t care and want some funds in the form of a deposit that a customer pays.
