Pardon my French, but I've just experienced a new level of bullshittery in the job search.
Ghosting after doing a strategy & writing test last month is one thing. It's disrespectful, unprofessional and disappointing, but unfortunately quite commonplace nowadays.
But to then add that ghosted candidate to your email marketing lists without their explicit permission? Nope. Not having it.

Forget calling in sick. As an artist, we should be allowed to call in creative.
