I am still waiting on someone to reply to me regarding my ticket #2600455 or at least acknowledge it and that it is being worked on. I have not heard anything and it's coming up on a month since my account has been deactivated with no warning or reason.

@Wizards_Help I have been attempting to make contact with anyone at wizards so I can clear up my mtgo account issue. When I go to login it states that my account is no longer active. I had to cancel my card I had on file but by the time I got a new one this issue happened.
