@VeryHelpers hi I ordered a jumper and paid the £3.99 delivery fee, the wrong item has been sent to me and I have to send it back. Is it possible to get a refund for the delivery charge as error on your side?

@AncestryUK received a dna with 3 months membership as a gift but cannot use the 3 months membership as only the purchaser gets the 3months free! If this was clearer would have purchased the 2kits separately! What a rip off!
