@thetrainline bit confused and need some help please. Bought tickets for my family of 4 to London Euston from Liverpool - get told I can’t go on the train I’ve booked as it’s Avanti and now I’ve been directed to Crewe where I am stuck for a hour as the connecting trains avanti!
