@SkyHelpTeam I've run through it a couple of times. At the moments where my WiFi is working, it's all okay and says no issues with connection. When it's down, if just comes up with "There's a fault, let's fix it" and a 'Book an Engineer' box. That's it. No sign of what's actually wrong.

@SkyHelpTeam I messaged yesterday regarding my WiFi being up and down like a yoyo. Now 36hr in, it's still the same. When it's on its okay, but it is down alot of the time, with my WiFi box doing a, partial reset every time. Please, I need answers.

@SkyHelpTeam Having my box off ALL NIGHT to try and fix the issue didn't work either. Your phone line says you are aware of customers having issues, so what's the plan?

@SkyHelpTeam 5min of 'online' time before it drops again is not good. Nothing can be done realistically within these small amounts of time where its actually working. Appears there's an issue in alot of places according to what I'm seeing.

@SkyHelpTeam I haven't booked anything yet, as I ran it twice. Once while the, wifi was showing as off. The next when it showed on. There must be a fault somewhere on my line.

@SkyHelpTeam It advises an engineer visit when I run it once, then the next time, it's saying all is good. It dips in and out all the time. I have home educated children so getting this running for them is a priority.
