The Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority has issued an Investor and Marketplace Alert regarding MEXC Estonia OÜ and MEXC Global LTD, commercially advertising as “MEXC”.
The entity does not hold a VARA licence to provide Virtual Asset services in or from Dubai. Any activities related to Virtual Assets advertised or conducted by the company are therefore not compliant with VARA Regulations.
VARA reminds investors and consumers that engaging with unlicensed entities may expose users to significant financial risks and potential legal consequences.
Before engaging with any firm offering Virtual Asset services, individuals and businesses should verify its regulatory status on VARA’s Public Register of licensed and approved VASPs.
