@TELUSsupport @TELUS this is absolutely HORRID customer service. I have internet and 2 phone plans with you. My internet has been down for over 5 hours and spent 2 hours over the phone troubleshooting, only to find out the earliest available appointment is a month away. Do better

[Anthony Fiddler @AnthonyFiddler]

@TELUSsupport we’ve got an outage in Sechelt BC. Any news on this?

[Anthony Fiddler @AnthonyFiddler]

@TuneCore I still haven’t heard from anyone regarding my account being flagged. This has been ongoing for 8 months with no one responding to me. This is horrible customer service.

[Anthony Fiddler @AnthonyFiddler]

Hey @TuneCore . Still dealing with the same problem from 6 months ago about my account. Finally got through to someone via X and now you've gone dark saying someone would get on my ticket ASAP. Nothing. This is bogus customer service on a Professional Account with your company.

[Anthony Fiddler @AnthonyFiddler]

Hey @TuneCore, I've emailed at least 10 times to have someone help me out with a wrongfully flagged account over the course of 5 months with no solution or even a single response. Anyone else share this kind of abysmal customer service with Tunecore?
