@Alexandra_T1GER I think that these revolutions have been a work in progress for a long time and are soon to have a positive impact in the field. Genetics is a growing field with technologies like CRISPR and genome sequencing on the horizon. #mchslang19
"Not only do white supremacists gangs subscribe to a repugnant, hateful ideology, they also engage in significant, organized and violent criminal activity," Do you guys think this is a big issue or an isolated occurrence? #mchslang19 https://t.co/La8vp2tdXs
@Curly_Fry_17 I think that it would not be too difficult to grant them safety or redirect them to other alternatives, but the mentality that the US has when dealing with migrants is not based on kindness. #mchslang19
@anneliseh2019 I think it is an extreme example of the value of "innocent until proven guilty". With the amount of money Cosby has, he likely recruited the best lawyers he could find to help defend his position, so there needs to be copious amounts of evidence to fight back. #mchslang19
@mchsConnorO I don't think a parallel between protecting the vice president and every student in the country is fair. Bringing up comparisons like this only serve to distract people from the real problem. #mchslang19
@Curly_Fry_17 I think foreign affairs is such a complex and subjective field that the government should always oversee any diplomatic decisions for the betterment of our country #mchslang19
@Curly_Fry_17 There are a lot of societal differences that probably contributed to its decision to increase the arsenal between a state like California and Arkansas. #mchslang19
@mchsConnorO I think this is a publicity stunt with no real intention with achieving anything substantial with the lawsuit. However, I am fine with being proven wrong in the future. #mchslang19
@mchsConnorO I think that a societal push for health education is a very common example that I have seen time and time again. From supersize me to discussions in Honors Bio, the idea of education has been brought up time and time again, so I have doubts about its effectiveness. #mchslang19
@KyleR_2001 I personally didn't find the dress culturally inappropriate despite being from my "culture". The appreciation and exposure of other cultures is a benefit of diversity within a country. #mchslang19
@KyleR_2001 Using ambiguity in foreign affairs is a common tactic from most politicians. Kim likely doesn't want to reveal everything about the nuclear program in North Korea. #mchslang19
@KyleR_2001 Ultimately, the developer and creator of the machine is responsible for putting barriers in place for that not to occur. AI that is able to revolt is only allowed to revolt because the developer made it that way. #mchslang19
@Curly_Fry_17 The fluctuations in sea level are inevitable as time passes, and so I think that a program to relocate the displaced people would benefit them immensely. #mchslang19
@KyleR_2001 Robots have been used in both medicine and manufacturing in recent years because of how accurate and precise they are. Using such a robot to assemble chairs seems like a waste of technology to me. #mchslang19
@Curly_Fry_17 Disasters like these are constant reminders of our impact on the earth and how we truly need to push for environmental protection and other programs to stifle the deterioration of the Earth. #mchslang19
@mchsConnorO I'm not sure what you mean by "held to the same standard", but I am glad that investors are taking the initiative to push corporations to help. #mchslang19
@KyleR_2001 It is likely that such technology will be extremely expensive and unavailable for a long time while it continues to be developed. I doubt I will see it in common use in the next 20 years.
@KyleR_2001 I think in order to make it more affordable, looking into other materials to construct it and a less labor-intensive way to produce them are the best ways to lower the cost of the technology.
