It is upside down and backwards so start at the arrow in the bottom left corner.
The next tweet has black text on white if that is easier for you to look at.

Over the past few weeks you, the community, have made your voices heard. And we’ve listened. OGL 1.0a will remain untouched AND the entire SRD 5.1 is now available under a Creative Commons license.🧵 https://t.co/hJTm2Rgruo
@DnDBeyond I'll say what I said before and will continue to do so: Not good enough. as long as this line: "NOTICE OF DEAUTHORIZATION OF OGL 1.0a. The Open Game License 1.0a is no longer an authorized license." exists we're done.
@DnDBeyond No. Release an OGL 1.0b with the only changes being it is specifically mentioned as irrevocable and a specific mention that no party has the power to deauthorize any version of the OGL. Then release control of it to an existing non-profit not connected to Hasbro in any way.
@DnDBeyond 3PP would own their content, and there is no license back to WotC. However, if WotC “makes something similar” to a 3PP, then that 3PP can’t prevent WotC from distributing the similar Work. The 3PP can only sue WotC for money lost as a result of WotC’s distribution.
@DnDBeyond VTT language needs to be clarified. It does not explicitly give permissions for 3rd party creators to sell OGL content - only for the VTT. This needs clarification.
