@northernassist Safely board the train. There may also have been passengers trying to alight at Hornbeam Park but were unable to do so.

@northernassist are you able to tell me why the doors didn’t open today on the 1130 from Hornbeam Park to York? Unhelpful guard alighted the train, looked at the passengers, rejoined the train and the train departed leaving my son and other passengers stranded on the platform 🤷‍♂️

@northernassist Not good enough- the train wasn’t full and not running late- the guard had plenty of time to make sure waiting passengers were able to safely alight the train. Maybe you can ask the guard for his reason rather than guessing?
