Wish we played like that from the start of the season. Really energetic, lots of creativity, giving young players a go.
Great showing, hope we can keep that kind of performance after the break! #CCFC84
Best @OfficialFPL finish so far this year at 68k overall! Definitely didn’t see it coming when I had to play an early WC after Christmas 😅
Hoping to keep the good form going in @LOIFantasyF during the break.
Good response tonight. Feely, Murphy and especially Bolger made a huge difference.
Much better to watch tonight in general. Some good pressing, hope we see more going forward.
Simply not good enough. Unfortunately, seemed like we didn’t want to put in the work tonight.
Have to ask questions of the subs too, Keats and Mpongo didn’t have a great game tonight but have to leave them on when need goals.
No defending that performance, shocking. Struggled to get on the end of chances and never really looked like scoring.
Change in shape didn’t work out, pulled out of shape in the middle and defence doesn’t look good enough in a 4. Attacking output didn’t make up for it sadly.
Worst first half I can remember. Need to improve Kelleher if we are going to stand a chance next year.
Seani and Bolger miles ahead in terms of quality. Thankfully they were able to pull it back for us but worrying how much we rely on them.
Big improvement overall tonight.
Keating and Drinan looked sharp. Easily could have had a few more goals. Hope we keep the same intensity going forward.
Very flat. We will take the result but performances will have to improve in the next rounds of games.
Some great individual performances from Fitzpatrick, Murphy and Bolger but overall we lacked urgency.
Cork City FC can confirm that Cathal O’Sullivan has joined English Championship side, Preston North End.
O’Sullivan joined City from Leeside in January 2020, and went on to make over 50 appearances, scoring 7 times.
The club can confirm that an agreement has been reached with Preston North End in line with the FIFA Training Compensation regulations, which will also see the club stand to benefit in the future based on Cathal’s success.
All at the club would like to thank Cathal for his contribution to the club and wish him every success in the future.

Good overall, saw it out well where we might have slipped up in the past.
Murphy - outstanding. Skilful and well able to get stuck in.
I like the way we are set up currently. Some great individual performances, possibly covering some that weren’t as good
Not the best game overall but 3 points on the table nonetheless.
Some shaky performances at times but also some positives to build on. Murphy looked lively and great to see Keats back scoring at the cross.
3 points, clean sheet, late winner, can’t complain onto the next.
