@GarysheffieldJr@snyyankees@chelsea_janes Why not?? He’s very composed. I’d bat him lead off. He runs very well and he makes good contact. I cringe every time I see Grisham leading off.
@Alexzachary305 Yankees have a huge hole at catcher. Rutschman is great defensively. He’s also a team leader. Former #1 overall picks don’t grow on trees. Of course it is difficult to judge without knowing what the medicals say.
@BryanHoch Start with bunting with a man on second and nobody out. Work on making contact instead of swinging for the fences on every at bat. It’s not that hard.
@BarstoolHubbs The Red Sox fired Cora who is a superior manager to Boone. They then rattled off a long winning streak with a bunch of minor league players. Time for the Yankees to cut bait.
@JimmyRandazzo This is little league stuff. You don’t throw to the base in that situation unless you are certain that it will be an out. The risk/reward analysis is not complicated.
@BobbyMilone29 We heard this with the Martian, Spencer Jones, Volpe and so many others. Just posturing maybe but it is time to stop this approach. The Martian might have brought a nice haul a few years ago. Now he’s not worth much.
@JoezMcfLy Disagree. Jazz is a head case who does really dumb things but he’s also extremely talented and he can hit good pitching. Need his bat in the postseason. Home runs are important in the playoffs.
