BREAKING: The NSW Supreme Court just ruled that a Middle Eastern man in Sydney with a Hezbollah tattoo on his neck is “not antisemitic” after he spray painted “FUCK ISRAEL” and “PKK COMING” across cars and buildings in Woollahra - a suburb full of Jewish families.

Mohommed Farhat set a car on fire and vandalised 10 cars along with 4 buildings including Matt Moran’s restaurant.

He was sentenced to just 20 months in prison.

Now the Supreme Court says it was just for cash, not ideology and refuses any terrorism supervision order Police are requesting after he’s out.

A Hezbollah linked man screaming “Fuck Israel” in the heart of Sydney’s Jewish community is somehow not antisemitic?

There is a deep rot within our court system.
