A reminder that these numbers come from … Reform.
A very common Ukip tactic back in the day was to hugely inflate the number of “members“ to try to attain some form of validation as a serious party.
Suspect the same is happening here.
Rachel Reeves has a degree in politics, philosophy and economics from Oxford (the same degree her predecessor Hunt got) and a masters in economics from LSE. Her former colleague at Bank of England has also confirmed she did work as an economist whilst there. Pass it on.

Strange then that the stationery ordering assistant was allowed to write what looks like a pretty important paper for the Bank of England nearly 20 years ago? https://t.co/wITv8bVSLP

Today will see UK inflation up, driven by more energy price rises. Why is government so keen on the U.K. having such dear energy? Why such high taxes on energy?
The government bans more domestic oil and gas, wants to stop us making petrol cars, agrees the closure of all steel blast furnaces and pays money to farmers to stop them growing food. We need to make and grow more things to create more jobs and to trade successfully.
