Rachel Reeves has a degree in politics, philosophy and economics from Oxford (the same degree her predecessor Hunt got) and a masters in economics from LSE. Her former colleague at Bank of England has also confirmed she did work as an economist whilst there. Pass it on.

The government bans more domestic oil and gas, wants to stop us making petrol cars, agrees the closure of all steel blast furnaces and pays money to farmers to stop them growing food. We need to make and grow more things to create more jobs and to trade successfully.
