First time in my life and more to strength my discipline I take a break of alcohol and today mark a month of that, not crazy special changes but very nice to see how you can learn about yourself and self control.
Not every day and not every time you smile and you don’t need to!
It is ok in some moments let those difficult thoughts cross your mind, that way when you solve them you can be happy and you will appreciate it more.

I’m learning how to enjoy the mocktails and I think the best of this experiment is learn and understand the things in a different perspective and see how is for the ones that I do this or take it as a long term decision.
For respect and empathy I think it’s being a great idea!
