These far right mobs want to target & threaten refugees & migrants - while RNLI crews who play a role in rescues face abuse & intimidation.
Refugees are not blame for cuts & closures.
We have to oppose every attempt to divide our communities.
Anti-migrant protesters have clashed with police in Hampshire as RNLI lifeboats brought nearly 150 people ashore in Gosport.
The migrants’ dinghy was shadowed by French rescue vessels after leaving Normandy, before being met by RNLI boats in English waters.
This is what the scapegoating of refugees & migrants leads to.
The far right are attempting to stir up pogroms & attacks - we need to build unity in our communities to combat the violence & division.
Around 150 anti-migrant demonstrators gathered in Gosport in Hampshire to stop a group of migrants, who had crossed the English Channel in a small boat, being brought ashore by the RNLI.
