Haven't worn my fit bit the last 3 days but ive been exercising nonstop and still eating 800cals so let's hope the weekly weigh in isnt maintenance again

i am realizing that most of the times i binge its because im actually thirsty and almost all of the foods i binge on contain a lot of liquids

peed this morning and lost 5lbs 😭 the water weight is crazy
