@DHLexpress raised an import duty invoice on a DAP shipment, even though DAP = buyer pays duty (as per Incoterms & DHL’s own policy).

No authorization, clear disposal instructions, weeks of follow-ups — still “please allow more time”.

This needs immediate correction.
