NEVER delivered, yet marked it
delivered. The partner never entered my
apartment, no entry record, never called me,
yet claims he gave it to someone who gave
MY name. zepto Floor manager knew this on
call 1/3.

@SantaniSubhajit Similar thing happened to me. They delivered it without any OTP, yet the manager and team keep saying it was delivered. I have proof I never received it, but they still refuse to admit it. No refund, nothing. 🫥
Zepto is full of scammers.
