Support Camille should be nerfed. I just think her early E engage is the better place to hit. Support wants to use E aggressively; top usually can't afford to. I'd rather see that targeted than keep removing the few ways top Camille can start interactions herself.

The lvl 13 compensation also misses the point. By then lane is mostly over. If the weaker early game already cost you CS, plates, recalls, tempo or delayed Trinity/Hydra, getting the old shield back later doesn't undo any of that.

@RiotPhroxzon Surely you are not nerfing Camille shield by 50% lvl 1 like dataminers say
It would totally butcher Camille top and she's not even that strong now
