Same here, 5/5 no feedbacks @AOMConnect. I think @David_Clough1 has raised a good point, but I am not sure about mandatory feedbacks: if submitters don't feel about dedicating a few lines for reviewers' service spontaneously, I wonder, how much can those lines be worth reading?
I reviewed 6 items for the @AOMConnect conference. Only 1 of 6 Submitters gave my review a score. This is demotivating for reviewers. Solution? "Submitter Feedback" should be eliminated or it should be required before you learn if your paper was accepted.
