A ~6-minute AI music video made as a testbed. Generated at 720p to map the models' tolerances, upscaled in DaVinci Resolve. Produced against a fixed budget set before the first shot — no overruns.

Tested:
— Character identity lock across ~70 shots via image references, and where it breaks
— 2.0 vs 2.5 on identical prompts: reference count, duration ceilings, prompt-length response
— How each model handles dense-detail shots: what survives, what gets simplified
— Whether 2.0 and 2.5 footage can be intercut and still read as one film
— Lipsync against a fixed audio track
— Camera language and physics under long multi-shot prompts
— Timecoded action blocks vs free-form prompting

Artefacts left in. 720p was chosen to find the edges, not hide them.
