My older sister came out first before me (I'm the youngest out of my siblings, there's 3 of us) and that definitely helped cave the way for me. It was hard not having them fully accept it but now they fully support me. Others may have a different story, but don't give up!

least my parents knew I "liked" girls. When I told my mom, her immediate response was "Oh great, not another one."

I knew she wasn't accepting at first. But over time I fully came out and she welcomed it with open arms. Thankfully my father and older brother accepted me too.
