@virginmedia isnt there any way of giving notice to you without days of wait? You dont even seem to open letters sent to you by post? Can I hand a letter in to one of your phone shops? #gettingdesperate

@virginmedia Have never been successful on phone. So been trying the WhatsApp route sine 830am yesterday but after 2 days no luck. Even posted termination letter on 25th jan but no answer to that. So fed up. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

@virginmedia Well 24 hours later onto someone who asks why leaving. I asked to be put through to someone who can terminate my contract so instead I get a bundle offer. He cant terminate so now on the long wait for customer relations who I bet also cant terminate.

@virginmedia I have been trying to get through since 19th Jan. Spoke to someone for the first time this am was put on hold and the call terminated about 5 mins later. been on your whatsapp since 831. After 8 hours thought I was waiting for the right team. But now I am at square 1 again

@virginmedia have tried your customer service line a few times and never got to speak to anyone. Sent a letter on 24th Jan no reply. No other way of contacting. Arent you a telecommunications company. #frustrated

@absoluteradio @bushontheradio @RichieFirth You have to grill salmon skin. Get it to a lovely crisp state. Used to have to share it with my dog as its so tasty and he loved it as well. And yes cheese on toast late at night after a beer.
