The first line appeared after one week, and now there are 2 lines. @XiaomiIndia very disappointing after paying 80K for this device. Xiaomi 12 Pro models are getting free replacements for the same issue. Many 13 pro users are getting this issue.

@bhash @OlaElectric Had a confirmed appointment at the Ola service center, yet they refused to accept my scooter due to staff unavailability. Told to come back in November! This is highly unprofessional and reflects poor service management by @OlaElectric. Customers deserve better! #CustomerService

@bhash @OlaElectric ✅ It took the OLA service center one week to replace my scooter's brake pads, and when attempting to book a service appointment, all slots were fully booked in Goa. Even now, I am unable to schedule a service appointment through the Ola app.
