I @AnuCommon too have struggling for last 1.5 years to get the refund as all these demands were wrongfully deducted. NOONE BOTHER TO SOLVE THIS. And noone has the accountability. Beauty of New India where noone responsible. Fact remains, the Assessee struggled for 5 years and died in a massive heartattack while he went to his employer to get this settled.@AnuCommon

@EastCoastRail @RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva @AshwiniVaishnaw you made these trains worse. Even the toilets are sealed in A2 and the other side commode hand shower is not working properly. Toilets are not cleaned properly. Bedsheets are not cleaned. Horrible service by Railway.
