- 30 Limited Pulls + 1890 from web event
- RELIC LOADOUTS FINALLY INTRODUCED
- Robin and Huohuo added to 5 star shop, +1 gold companion token
- Yunli, Silver Wolf, Argenti added to 50-50 loss pool
- Silver Wolf Lv999 confirmed to have a global passive (removes 1 crowd control)

Medium Changes:
- Castorice Skin, TB Skin, Pompom Skin, Furbo Pet (topup)
- Spending event, with cosmetics, gold companion tokens, pulls, 4 lightcone tickets, and others
- +15 Relic Recon Event is back
- 300% efficiency for all farming stages.
- Big CW update, introduce elation units and bond

Character Teasers:
- S9 looks like main push, has self extra SP, True Damage, global passive, open world tech AUTOMATES finding enemies to one shot, generates punchline, big budget.
- Evanescia double ult charge, shown with EMC Sunday Huohuo, extra turns and self energy regen.
- EMC hypercarry Elation support, grants free 1 elation skill, used with Evan.
- Huohuo has better sustain and SP economy
- Firefly extends combustion mode per break
- Seele procs free skill at every low HP enemy, can proc resurgence
- Welt now has DEF DOWN in ultimate
- Castorice/Dahlia/Firefly rerun with S9, Tribbie/Sunday/Feixiao rerun with Evan

Small Changes:
- Multiplayer now can visit other's rooms, able to see their achievements/medals (such as past anomaly arbitration medals)
- May 3rd 1900 GMT8 HSR Concert
- FREE CAR (oneday)
- MAPPA short anime with HSR about stellaron hunters, is there more?

as always, getting the full team is (mostly) more important than any vertical so make sure to prioritise that first!!
