TAR Extension की मांग से न Profession degrade होता है, न उसकी reputation कम होती है—यदि मांग तार्किक है।

Date Rationalisation के बाद Tax Audit के लिए उपलब्ध समय 2 माह से घटकर सिर्फ 1 माह रह गया।

इसलिए Extension सुविधा नहीं, practical necessity है।

देखिए, यह मुद्दा काफी हद तक मानव स्वभाव से जुड़ा है, केवल CA समुदाय से नहीं।

यदि Non-Audit ITR की अंतिम तिथि 31 अगस्त है, तो स्वाभाविक है कि अधिकांश लोग उससे पहले अपने Audit के लिए आगे नहीं आते। यह व्यवहारिक वास्तविकता है।

किसी ने यह मांग नहीं की थी कि Non-Audit की तारीख 31 अगस्त की जाए। और यदि ऐसा date rationalisation के नाम पर किया गया है, तो फिर Tax Audit की तारीख का भी उसी तर्क से rationalisation होना चाहिए।

मेरा काम यहां केवल अपना तर्क रखना है। उससे सहमत या असहमत होना आपका अधिकार है।

यह भी सही है कि यदि बहुमत मुझसे सहमत हो, तब भी जरूरी नहीं कि मैं सही ही हूं। लेकिन अपनी बात तर्क के साथ रखना मेरा अधिकार अवश्य है।

Tax Audit deadline should be extended from 30 Sep to 31 Oct.

For small & mid-sized CA firms, especially those working with upto 5 staff members with TIER 2-3 City, completing quality tax audits within one month after the 31 Aug ITR deadline is practically very difficult.
