Now, I am Homeless and without PF money. Hope SC provides relief by atleast refunding the principal amount in full.

Builders ran away without even starting construction or leaving it midway. If contracts can be broken with scant respect for law, it is quite evident that the authorities have been on builders side. Otherwise, what's the purpose of these agreements. What about prima facie involvement of Govt. Officials (Tihar jail, HUDA).
