@CTR_Nirmalkumar @TANGEDCO_Offcl Power is restored at 9:30 AM after 12 hours of power failure.. but till now no response is received for the query raised. Sorry to say but system needs to be improved to address people's need.

Complaint- 2887092- closed without intimation and issue is not resolved.

The ticket is closed without restoring power and when we check with helpline they informed, they don't have any information about it. #tneb

As per below response in seconds and minutes but it's for hours no response after complaining in helpline..no response in calling the substation. No response in number provided by Perungudi south substation. As per helpline no outage reported

Issue with Perungudi south, area Kumarankudil annex Mettukuppam. no response from helpline. If we call helpline, just pointing fingers to some other number which is not picking calls.

Hi Team, totally disappointed with Frido pillow.I bought for my dad in February and still it is like how it is delivered. It didn't came to the shape they mentioned. As soon as it came to my notice, contacted Frido support but they literally cheated me. @frido_official #fridoscam
