I blew the account today.
Not because of the market.
Because I overtraded and hit the daily loss limit.
The hardest part is knowing I did this to myself.
Time to learn from it and come back better.
Trading Journal — 5ers 100K | Step 1
USDCHF — Bullish bias
Entered at 0.5 OTE, Price went against me, so I added another 15 lots at 0.62 OTE.
After going into negative, I recovered the loss and brought the account back to $100,448.52.

No trade today. ❌
My setup didn’t form, so I stayed out.
I’m going back to the strategy that helped me pass my first-ever funded account — Days Quarterly Theory.
No setup = no trade.
Today, protecting my capital and following my plan was the win. 📈
Discipline over action.

EUR/USD — Closed at 1R, planned TP was 2R
Net result after commission: -$1,194.57

100K 5ers Summer Plan (2 Accounts)
• Account 1: +1R ✅
• Account 2: Closed early due to consolidation.
Process over profits. Discipline first.
Bias: Bearish 📉
4H candle: Bearish
Entry: 15M OB
Pair: EUR/USD
Result: SL hit ❌
Followed the plan. Took the loss. No revenge trade. Move on.
Discipline > outcome.
A losing trade doesn’t make me a bad trader.
Breaking my rules does.
My job is not to predict every move.
My job is to execute my setup with discipline and protect my capital.
Process > outcome.
Today I lost my 100K funded evaluation.
Painful, but deserved. I broke my rules, overtraded, and paid the price.
The market didn't fail me—I failed my process.
Time to rebuild with discipline. 📈
T1 EURUSD 4H continuation / 5m CISD: - $800 incl. commission.
T2 EURUSD 5m liquidity sweep: - $40 (cut early after first loss).
T3 XAUUSD 1H liquidity sweep / 5m CISD: + $216 net (cut early; setup later reached TP).
Lesson: Fear after the first loss caused premature exits.
New week. New opportunities.
The market doesn't owe me anything.
This week my focus is simple:
• Follow my trading plan.
• Respect my risk.
• Stay patient.
• Accept the outcome.
Consistency over excitement.
Process over profits.
