@SamsungIndia I am using Galaxy m30s, now Samsung m30s mobile hangs,screen freez and automatically restart repeatedly a day.Take away the mobile from the customers and give them a flawless new Mobile for his own good Will.

The phone model is samsung m30s. Why we should change the motherboard if problem occurs due to android and samsung fault. Why we have to change the motherboard if there is technical fault. Third class service by samsung. They only make money.

My Samsung M30s recentlt hanging & than auto restart. When i searched for solution online i found that there are 50k + people facing same issue right now + even many Twitts about same. You are losing lotal customer. @SamsungMobile @SamsungIndia @ndtv @aajtak @BJP4India @INCIndia

Don't know why my phone (samsung m30s ) restarting again and again.
It restarts 40 to 50 times in a day.
Told about this problem to samsung customer care also but they didn't gave any solution.

@SamsungIndia My m30s dead 3 days back. Restarts during booting. experts saythat this is a issue with series. I've been cheated. It is just about 1.5 yrs and I lost my all data. I ditched Chinees MI and purchased Samsung phone paying more money. Shame on your brand Samsung

@AxisBank i have applied for the account closure and paid the charges as stated by bank employee now they are calling and asking for extra money iam not gonna pay any extra money now and i will not do any business with Axis bank in future bad experience

@RKSinghSPRO @SamsungIndia I also got same problem of "continuing restarting" of my phone m31s after Android 11 update in September. Service center couldn't made serviceable after numbers of attempts by flashing. Now they suggested to change the motherboard which cost around 7800/- including everything.

My samsung m30s is facing screen freez and automatic reboot problem , several time in a single day after last update.
Complaining constantly but no response.
