@IndiGo6E Concerned authority told me that the matter is not there concerns.the whole and sole responsibility of baggage is indigo airlines only. Don't waste time by blaming airport authority. Cable tie is not attached to zip,its airlines mistake.
Kindly investigate at your end.

@IndiGo6E This was not happened in arrival airport nagpur.this was happened in Mumbai international airport Mumbai T2.bcoz at the time of checked in baggage no cable tie is attached to zip.
Just confirm it from security of AAI and CISF & give reply.
